To confirm this, the Roving Employee will tap their Mobile Device to the NFC Chip on that specific Dispenser, within the Manager defined Time Rule period, and select on the screen if that Dispensers needs a Refill or not.
If the Roving Employee does not arrive within the time period that management has defined, then 1 second past, management is instantly Alerted on their Phone, Tablet or Computer.
Creating Real Accountability.
If NO Refill is Needed, then they simply leave the choice BLANK and press the Next button.
Then the Manager defined Time Rule begins counting down again for the Roving Employee.
If a Refill is required, they select the option “Yes Refill Needed” and then press the Next button. The Manager defined Time Rule begins counting down again for the Roving Employee.
At that same moment, the Refill Employee from Housekeeping or Maintenance, is instantly informed on their Mobile Device. And a separate Manager defined Time Rule begins for the Refill Employee.
If the Refill Employee does not Refill the specific Dispenser within the Manager defined Time rule for Refilling Dispensers, then Management is instantly Alerted on their Phone, Tablet or Computer.
